but i only suggested a zvh as it still will look like a cvh with the 8 valve head rather than 16v
but the bottom end is much much stronger
and rod and pistons for them are just as cheap

Not to get in a long winded discussion about ZVH's as this has been covered many many times before but a Zetec bottom end in stock form is no stronger than a CVH, the pistons for example are actually weaker!
To wack a FRS or ST170 gearbox in requires custom drive shafts, custom mounts, cable change gear selector setup and a hydraulic clutch conversion which
is a fair bit of work! lol
