I get up with 45s on decline without any problems I guess if you have got the mentality of throwing them you don't bother trying. The best I saw with weight throwing and another of my pet hates leaving weights on the floor one person at my last gym did a set threw them and left them did his next set threw them and hit his hand off the weights he thew the set before and broke his fingers lol

there is no way i could ever sit up after doing 40s as i push myself as hard as i can. I only weight 80kg so i could never sit upright afterwards. I basicly fall of the bench as im fucked. Its a steep decline though. Mild decline u can reach the floor still.
