Did you see how far the 'throttle' has to be held open just to get the engine to idle, even if I let the glow plugs heat up a dozen times the engine will literally crank untill the battery dies without starting unless I hold the throttle 1/3 or more open and even if I hold it open untill the engine heats up as soon as I let it off the engine will stall. I have a P100 with the same engine on 167,000 miles and it starts first turn of the key regardless of what time of year it is.
Fuel return pipes on the injectors are brand new also.
