The hope just pulls off, I removed the idle speed control valve (and if you have it) the wiring going to the MAP sensor.

A little bit of oil on each end of the hose to push it on and some patients. Will go on eventually.

That's a breather pipe, and you removed ALL THAT to replace it? I've done that in about 30seconds on the same engine in a smaller engine bay without removing a thing!

To dan, as it's only a breather pipe, any correct diameter pipe should do the job! Tbh, gaffa tape would be fine.
