I believe it's 300gsm 4x4 twill, something around .3mm i think he said doesn't mean much to me though.
The chassis has many points to attach it too and is dead flat from behind the engine to the back where the link boxes end.
Depending on the thickness we go for I may have enough spare to make up a undertray for the engine which would be handy so I'd like to make the most of it if I can.
Any advice would be appreciated

Johnny if this is to flat floor the car then you can get a kevlar honey cone or a alloy one quite cheap and it takes a beating . then you can you use a 2x2 twill and a kevlar 200gsm to coat it under vacuum ! so a layer of carbon a layer of kevlar then honey cone then kevlar then carbon .We did buy a prepped sheet already done to fit the berg cup mazda 3 under build atm think it was around £200+vat
