Default overheating

hi, fixed my running and turbo problem.
turns out my igntition timing was all wrong and my strobelight is broken...
Timing actually fixed my running and turbo problem, finally have some boost
Now i still have one problem the car is overheating well at least i think it is.
Put in a MSD fan switch , 82°C thermostat and temprature sender but still the car is running between norm and red.
The fan comes in between norm and red too.
Just hope i didnt damage the radiator when refitting my turbo from the rebuild, i hit something but cant really see any damage..
Or is the temp gauge fooling me?

All answers are welcome , thanks

Edit : between norm and red i mean between the n of norrm and red, it sometimes goes to the O.
