Torque is 450NM which is the same as the nominal torque of snap on one that i was looking at, i have just had a vat free code aswell so got it for £119 the lesser model clarke one is only 200nm. Maybe you could ask about / search on the net for a code?
Yeah my clarke one is the lower one, my dewalt one is 400NM iirc though.

Some of the snapon ones do quite a bit more than that though IIRC
