Old fart needs help!
I have a 2002 mondeo estate with 1800 duratec engine.
Nothing on the body but think it's a basic 'L'.
No idea if it's Mk 1 2 or 3.
Gearbox is shot, the diff is crunching and lurching so need to change the box.
It's a 5 speed manual.
I have access to a ramp so will do it myself with the help of a mate.
Can anyone run me through the sequence and also the pitfalls to look for.
