Would be worth it, but that fault code is electrical, so could be a small number of things. But change lambda if cheap enough, check the interior fuses and finally get over to Mark Shead and ask him to finish off what he started. If it was fine before he mapped it, then maybe something was missed? Easily done.
With these cars, they're normally the most reliable on the road from my experience and the problems that occur always give you a headache but turn out to be easy fixes. That is, unless the previous owners were donuts who treated the cars poorly.
