we live on a pretty narrow road and there are always cars parked on our side of the road at either side of the drive etc.
this morning the wife was driving out the drive an rolled out onto the road inbetween the parked cars,looked left then right as she was moving out,again no faster than 2mph or so when a pug 308 came from the left and they both collided. now the wife reckons she did struggle to see the road because of the parked cars but also that the pug was nowhere one second and there the next,she says the pug was going harder than it should have been,people do tend to speed up and down the street quite a bit.
theres quite a bit of damage to our A3,headlights out it,bumpers ripped off and wings f*cked. the pug on the other hand has a dent on the os wing and door,it definately won the fight which surprised me lol (A3 is also only 6 weeks old ouch) main thing is no one is hurt and there was no falling out

my question is though,whos at fault?! or is it just simply a 50/50 accident?

(it doesnt make a huge difference to me personally as the A3 is a company car so wont affect our insurance etc but just interested in other views)
