I can understand the buyers frustration here, it's a nightmare waiting on a company for parts, each promise of "next week" keeps you strung along, I ended up waiting almost a year for some parts!!! It is VERY costly in time & attention, and gets you VERY wound up. I would rarther have a company say no than taking on somthing they can't handle & wasting my time.

Same as it should not have taken a public thread to get money returned. Look at the overall cost, the original sum of £ tied up, and SIX MONTHS of valuable time that no one can ever give you back, the time is the really annoying part from my personal experience, as you cannot progress the project while you wait for parts!

At least a refund has been given now.
