Knackered actuator or leaking dumpvalve? I had a faulty standard dumpvalve on mine, only allowed the car to boost to around 14 psi, took it out and it jumped to something like 25psi without touching anything else.
Standard dump valve on mine paul and actuator is new also same time as chip. So that should be ok. In saying that i got a new sytec fuel pump a few years back and after a long time of the car cutting out discovered the pump was a bad un. Got really fed up with the fecker and didnt really care about it
in fact i hated it and am only now getting interested in it.
