Default Routine help please :)

Hi guys. First post on here so go easy haha!

Basically I've been going gym for about 8 months. And I'm in a lot better shape than I was, but want more! (like everyone I suppose)

I'm looking to start playing rugby league, so was hoping someone might have some sort of plan/routine to help with training?

Any help us greatly appreciated
