Still, i reckon strip the KA of the good bits and buy a sportka for the instant and legal power boost is the way to go. pound for pound youll get better gains on a 1.6 than a 1.3.

SWR do a manifiold, unichip and cam package for the Sport which makes around 120hp which is ideal if you're only looking for 100hp at the moment
My Mrs. has a SportKa engine in an 08 plate 1.3 with just the cam and unichip, it made 112hp with only mapping the ignition and you keep a catalytic converter
We've done this with it now though lol
