I have a 2000 1.25 LX (one of the best for the year I think) and it has the old 13" steel wheels atm. Does anyone know if I can use Borbet 14" Alloys - stud diameter of 108, 38 offset, 6j rim width?

If so, as long as the stud size is 108 can I just stick on most tyres up to 16" rim size?
