I now have a haynes on the way so will get this sorted I hope
Cleaner on my list for tomorrow then Richie
Thanks again.
Inside the Iscv is a small valve, work it backwards and forwards and blast with carb cleaner, make sure it moves freely. In my experience unless car has done massive amount of miles cleaning rarely works, but it's much cheaper than buying a new valve!
