Yes I know its an old thread so sod off

Its actually the first time Ive seen it so I sat and read through the lot. Some very interesting stuff in here and its helped clarify and make sense of a few things.

Mapping is something that has always intrigued me and Ive always regarded it as a bit of a black art so never bothered looking into it. Now Ive had a bit of a look at it I realise that I was right and its over my head . I do understand the basics but Im certain that even with all the most advanced instrumentation and equipment in front of me Id still manage to melt an engine in 30 seconds

Hats off to the guys who can succesfully do it


Another reason Ive dug it up is that since it was started there are a lot of new users on here that may find it interesting and may be able to learn from it or bring something new to, what I personally think is, a great thread.
