As far as I know:
2WD = 205
RS500 = 205 (bit stronger as the standard 2WD 205)
4WD = 200 (the strongest of all blocks and best for tuning basis)
The RS500 "205" IIRC was actually a little loop hole in the design process and was made specifically for the 500, it's just they kept the designation number the same, it's actually a different cast as said and is much stronger than the 205 (They had to be for the power they run).
