Jano, that rocker looks as if its been battered! are you sure the stud didn't pull out and the rocker rattled around the cam gear until it was broken?
Weird resonance in the springs could cause the collet to dislodge and the valve to drop, maybe this broke the rocker at the same time?
Rob the parts i have shown are from different engines.

The studs had no issues on any of the engines.
