nowi have seen the picture there is no reason why you could not turn the throttle body so your throttle linkage is on the bottom & your iscv is coming out the side ,as said they will work in any orientation .
I would imagine now I have thought about it that the tps will foul on the fuel rail.

My engine had this fitted in the same place, you can just see it on the elbow ..
the air came in from a tee off on the charge cooler and then went to a remote body before returning via the elbow .
