it will likely be written off, worth less, cost more to insure as its a write off plus harder to sell etc all on top of the fact that CUNTY insurance companys claim they have evidence that a non fault accident makes you a higher risk so he will pay over the odds on his insurance for the next 5 years....

so i still reckon its not worth claiming.
