Looking at his first post they will not be setting it to stock timing.
Boost pressure is irrelevant to what fuel you run, as a little less advance will stop det if your using 95RON.

Your confusing leaded and unleaded fuel with high and low octane fuel mate, old engines without hardened valve seats will burn out using UL fuel.
The octane rating of a fuel is it's Resistance to detonation and will limit the amount of spark advance that can be run and so the final power figure.
