With the indicators do you get a rapid clicking from the relay? If so the switch is the problem, you need to take it apart and clean the contacts, the beeswax inside dries out, so either re apply some of this if you can or light grease, the main problem lies with the hazard switch as it's never really used and all leccy goes via it.

If the heater motor is not working at all you need to start at the basics first, the fuse is good, so check you have power at one of the fuse terinals WITH the ignition on, then look at the switch next to make sure it has power to it, if so it's likely the switch or resistor pack is at fault, so look at that and if thats good work toward the motor.
