Dont need a paddle clutch for 200bhp (see below) and atb can be had for £450, but is not essential.

A std 240mm mondeo clutch will take 200bhp (mine took 214lb ft and 204 bhp no probs, and it was second hand)

Ive use a 2 litre mandildo one twice, and a frs one once all 240mm not 220mm like the bc/ib5 ones (shirt buttons) People rant and rave about big brakes, but never say much when you say you have a big clutch, both are frictional devices and work on the same principals.
