really ? so i bet the injectors fucked up on the carb then or the dual mass rattled around the gearbox and the eml came on regularly too did it and the egr kept failing

fact is them mk4 escorts were so reliable it was only rust that seen them off with the early ones and later in the run when the wheel arch liners were introduced and they were german built they were fantastic cars.
