Not read all the comments, but I can't see why you wouldn't need insurance MOT etc? If you don't that rediculous!
If you do need the above, i'd imagine it'll cost more, it'll also put your leccy bill up, mean you have to drive to the local mcdonalds to collect him when his batteries are flat. Surely they cost more to buy in the first place as well?
