Its a CVH mate, the valve gear is never going to be silent. If your that worried, pop the cam out and have a measure. Save all this guess work.

There is a difference to noisy valve train and worn valve train. Maybe a quick video.

And to add my 2pence to the above debate, unless i was skint i would replace the cam and lifters together, a worn cam lobe on a new lifter is like fitting new disks with used brake pads, not as bad as fitting a new cam with old lifters but still no good for and engine you want to last.
