If you want to keep the servo assitance, you can buy a vacuum pump that is electrical, failing that other options are if the brakes are too hard fit a different master cylinder, I'd be mazed if they were too hard even without the servo assistance.
I'm assuming the bike engine has itb's ?, you could always tap into one tb for a vac signal but likely to be very little.
