Well, i had a chat with the guy (pretty sound bloke as it turns out!) and we agreed that I would fix it and he would give me some money, rather than going through insurance companies and it all getting complicated. Seemed the least hassle for all involved really, and as said the damage is pretty minor. I reckon the wing will mostly polish out and i will have a spare sidelight on a donor car im getting this weekend. The bumper is the wost bit but ill sort it as best i can and if necessary pick up another bumper.
