how would a std engine get on with a gt30 on it, running a std head bolts and a grp a head gasket?

injectors would be 83lbs, plus usual stuff like cooler, breather etc

as im looking for a turbo as i only want stage 3, but carnt find a t34 unless i get new and for a bit extra i could go gt30
