Default Ford ids

Alright there new to the forum.

Just got hold of a ex company ford transit connect 2008 1.8 model.

Vans spot on and is fully kitted out with tool storage.

Just a issue that needs seeing to due to me doing mainly motorway miles.... The dreaded speed limiter 68mph on dials and 65mph sat nav reading.

Been in quite a few dangerous positions overtaking lorries.

Got a mate with the ford ids to connect up to ecu to remove the limiter.

He has asked me before he does this to clarify if:-

1. Removing limiter will reprogram pcm does this require pats ( parimeter reset)?

2. Access to the pats reset does it need the "incode" off ford etis?

3. Does pats reset need 2 original keys or can it be done with 1?

4. Will Accessing the pcm and reprogramming it leave a history as to who and when its been changed?

Cheers in advance if anyone can help
