Might be worth getting coolant system pressure tested.... just as you state only missfire when left overnight... could be head gasket starting to go...coolant gets in cylinders overnight hence the missfire in the morning till the water in dispersed and also would explain the coolant loss...any emulsification of oil (creamy oil cap)
