Oh ok, when i clean my wheels last week i rubbed it with my wheel sponge(with soapy water) and it wouldnt come off, so assumed it would take more.
Ill try with a stiff brush tomorrow
And no its not my first tyre, just dont ever remember having this much mess on my tyre walls to bother about it.
