Hi all. My rebuild is almost at last stages now, so today I went to change the oil filter (before bolting everything else on in the way of it) and it was seized solid. So I tried punching a screw driver into it and undo it that way. Not a lot of success there either. Then it did start to turn but the modine turned too.

Am I right in thinking this is not correct? I would think the modine should stay in one place and the filter should undo? If this is the case, as my filter is turning with the modine what does this mean has happened?
