Hi all,

When starting up the Rs when its cold, it idles lumpy for the first few minutes. Fires on a couple of cylinders for a while then brings in the third, then eventually the fourth. Then she runs fine all day. I presume this to be normal as its cold!?

However, lately, the RS isnt Idling properly, even when its warm. I pull up to a Junction, clutch in and...stall. All the time Im applying revs the engines running, as soon as I slow down or brake all power goes. Battery light comes on, and dead! So having to start the car again, and rev away at roundabouts and traffic lights!?

Anyone with any Ideas??
