Hang on a minute,while I'm not disputing that in anyway thats what your policy states,how is this a practical thing to do?
What,hpi every car you ever drive incase it's a write off?it's impossible!!!you use your mates £500,1993 astra that was written off in 2004 unknowingly cos he's pissed at the pub and,heaven forbid you have a crash and injure someone they won't payout?I'd love to see what the court had to say about that!!!

Very worrying if that's the way things are going,I still can't see how they can justify ignoring a system they created?

Agree with tabetha regarding the Mot thing,it wasn't essential on my mothers car but they did recommend it.they sent her all the docs back as well so the logbook,for now,is unmarked even though it's cat c and requires a vic.
