i know of a few people including myself who have built there own engines 3 of which are 450+bhp and are running and looking fine 1 of which was in FAST FORD DEC 2002 with 550bhp, alls i can say is if you care about ur engine you wont mess it up and if you do it yourself you can not only save ££££'s but stand back and say I DID THAT
