how is that going to happen at all? the greatest cyclinder pressure will be when you have good combustion at the top of the stroke. as each piston goes down and then the exhaust gas should go out down the exhaust pipe, it will not be able to do so, so if there is any pressure remaining in the cylinder it will just go out of the inlet valve when that opens instead.
all that will happen is that it will not run as insufficient oxygen will be ingested, and the spark plugs will probably get too wet. remove the restriction and after drying the plugs it should run again.
