early 3 doors were recalled to have a different front roll bar fitted the H14 which was on all rs5500's and all sapphire 2wd's
Yes the front arb change was to give extra castor and more straight line stability .....what I meant was that on the pre-production cars they experimented with a quite different type of inner joint for the TCA. I just wondered if you'd ever seen one somehow and adapted the idea slightly for your own car.
They then trialled a solid nylon/plastic bush I believe but abandoned that as well for a more compliant one.
