The more security they have to bypass the harder to steal.The ammount of cars that used to go missing without a disklok being fiited was quite high years ago regardless of an alarm being fitted .Bonnet vents/front grills ripped out and disconnecting the pin switch or the alarm.Every little helps imo.

Thats how I see it,ok thay are not truly infallible but its 100% better than nothing.Even if its used more as a visual detterent,worth having one
