Problem hear is re-9 EX & 3IN that i see is fine when you look at standard Cams, i believe the woodfuff key position in mine is in any "old place on these Cams", Nearest is the inlet on mine TDC crank... inlet allmost 3...exhaust mid 4/5, , would have to move EX a long way to get to 9!, Think will give up. Sounds like you have an exhaust cam ground from an inlet blank. at this point you MUST take it to someone who can dial cams without pointers or your going to do even more damage.
