are supplements worth getting?
ive just started up kickboxing again, 3 2hr sessions a week.
ive got plenty of energy and not finding it too hard as of yet.
would it be worth getting anything to heelp speed up my progression?
i wanna lose a bit of weight, get a lot more muscle definition on my stomach, as there is a 6 pack there, but its under a layer of full english breakfasts. lol anything that could help here?
and id like to build more muscle, especially on my arms, but i dont belong to a gym. im going to buy some dumbells for home, but again, anything help here would b good.
