I forgot about the horse boxes, which is odd as I've just been out today to help a girl I know with hers as it wouldn't start!!! Fortunately hers has a tilting cab! Most I have seen have a rough as fuck hole sawn out of the engine hump with a shit cover screwed over the top. Usually you end up rasping your arms to death on them whilst upside down having your head fill up with blood till you feel like you're about to explode...

Few years ago I did a steerng box on one but it would't come out unless you removed the drop arm off the box first. Imagine trying to remove a box off a truck without tilting the cab, and having no access to get a buzz gun onto the 65mm nut on the drop arm (or any of the other bolts/nuts for that matter). Then having to get the oxy on it to warm up the drop arm and bar it off with a couple of prybars, whilst doing all this behind the electrical housing in front of the OSF wheel.
Our lad that works on them absolutely rapes them every 6 weeks. He comes back with a list of defects the length of your arm!
