Some really crap times vs bhp among RS turbo's (cvh). Half the problem is the way the power comes in. Its nothing then all of a sudden boooooooooooooooooooooost.

I ran a 14.4 @99, full interior + ice and road tyres, with only 300 quid regrind cams and a spot of head work for mods in my Clio 172 and it was only dyno'd at 186 bhp.

Stick a C20let in a Corsa or Nova and your straight in the mid to low 13's at worst. Would take you thousands of £££ to get a RST to those times
