Ok there was two of us but its just a front wheel drive gearbox it took us around 2 hrs gearbox out and in got the clutch from ford its a exchange unit some people must just be faster than others nice gearbox to do the worst thing is the startermotor if i recall.
I think i would have the engine out of the car in two hours and thats on a driveway!
The boxes are tiny theres enough room between the box the the chassis rail to squeeze the box out, so its not that big of a job!
Also its best to change both the clutch and the flywheel!
I have this gearbox in my fiesta ST and got a 6 puck paddle clutch and flywheel package from the states (ebay) for about £600
