Id make a complaint against them. Even though you never got their numbers, they will have filed a stop report on yourself, so go in and ask which police officers stopped you and complain to the police commision.
But complain about what? I assume you mean harrassment? It's not actually harrassment as it was by 3 different officers on 3 different occassions. All doing their job, although the second incident seems a bit of a grey one. I can't see why any copper, good or bad, would say 'your driving like a prick' if your going along on your way as normal.
