The Sec59 stands for me and my vehicle, if i'm caught again driving in an anti social manner in another car or someone else is driving my car like an idiot they'll take either car away.
Thats what he told me anyways, 1st ones like a caution and a repeated offense seizes the car.

Good bit of policing IMHO, he could potentially have tried to do you for driving without due care and attention if he was feeling like a cunt that day but seeing as you werent putting anyone else at risk and arguably were just gaining a bit of useful car control I think its a good choice to just give you a secton 59 as a warning to show you that where you were doing it wasnt appropriate etc

Still ott for a bit of harmless fun, unless coupeUK hit a few old people and children whilst doing it, as thats what normally occurs in the police officers minds
And im sure it is the law that if it snows, you must test every empty car park for lack of traction
