No i didnt i wish i did now i just thought at the time if i complained then theyd just say having the light out was drawing attention to myself, which yes it was, but now ive thought about it it still doesnt warrant an hour of continuous harrssment from 5 cops in total

The police on one hand spend their time harrassing motorists like this, and on the other hand claim they dont have the resources to deal with it when cars get nicked or houses burgled etc
