Just do the phone option.
It will ask you to confirm it's only installed on one PC, then give you a new code.
Simples.
Just done the phone option and it got me to enter a 54 digit number which was displayed on the screen, when I done it came back telling me that it was not a genuine windows product, so it looks like I will have to phone them and pay for a new code?
