imho, No not at all. The drums are quite capable of stopping the car if you look after them. Rear disc conversions tend to cause the rear of the car to be overbraked unless you spend some time on the right bits to set them up properly.
Thats what i was thinking, keeping the drums and adjust them properly.The pedal feels a little bit spongy, dunno if the servo is on its way out!!
